All the staff was extremely helpful and we had an early check in. We booked standard king room with an extra-large bed, white linen, for instance.

Climate control and a carpet in the room, convenient and unbeatable location. Delicious breakfast with freshly made orange juice and crepes, for instance and excellent service.

Silent room with exceptionally comfortable bed and particularly nice views. Excellent service overall and parking outside.

I was given standard room with coffee/tea making machines and a carpet.

Everything was excellent, amazing location close enough to Germany for, and restaurants and bars, cooperative staff. The room was fashionable and neat with all facilities, I had a good rest. The breakfast was delicious, the check in was early. Besides, parking was available outside.

Really really nice experience, excellent base for a short stay. Cooperative staff, exceptionally good breakfast, stunning location near the centre of town and a short walk to the altstadt too and the main train station with lots of resturants and major car rental offices.

The staff were welcoming and very polite and knew the area.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Mercure Hotel in Dusseldorf. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. The staff was friendly and responsive, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance to many attractions in the city. We particularly enjoyed the convenience of having a good selection of channels on the television. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the lack of a fridge and the long wait for the elevators at times, we found our overall experience to be positive. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Dusseldorf.

Breakfast was great, staff was friendly.

The hotel and the rooms (bathrooms) are getting old. Severe signs of being worn out in the corridors. There were no accessories in the bathroom except for shower gel.

The breakfast was very rich and of very good quality.

Its nice that there is a multi-storey car park. however, it is way too narrow and very difficult to find.

We went to an Indian restaurant nearby in the evening, and the beds at this place were really comfortable - great value for money, and there's a shopping area nearby too.
